Creating An Account
For new users without accounts, you may click the "Sign Up" button from the home page
as seen on the image below.
Sign up page will require for your
account name and email.
Email invitation will be sent to the registered email by
DAC Campaigns <campaigns@smicdac.zohodesk.com>
Just simply click the "Accept the Invitation" and you will be redirected to the portal where you
can change/reset your password.
Logging in to Account
For users with accounts, you may directly access the login page
Kindly input your credentials, then click "Sign In".
Creating a Ticket
Once logged in, users can create a ticket by going to :
- Home tab and go to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a ticket"
OR
- My Area tab and click "Add a ticket"
Kindly fill up the fields required ( * )
*Users also can attach documents on the ticket
Module: Campaign Management
Subject: Campaign Name - Broadcast Platform - Card Type
Sub Module: Broadcast Only, Bonus Points Only, Broadcast with Bonus Points
Request

Subject: Title of the Request

Viewing and monitoring a ticket
To monitor and view status of your created tickets, you can go to "My Area". Clicking a ticket record, would display its details where you can reply/comment to
communicate with the ticket resolvers.
*Users also can edit the details of the ticket (if necessary).
To edit the ticket details, simply choose the ticket or by searching via ticket number.
On the right side of the page, click "Edit" (please see below image fyr).
Once done with editing, click "Save"
